About Us
KidsColdPacks was developed in late 2006 by an Australian mother of an active two year old boy!
It started after Tamara identified that there was almost, a complete lack of, ‘child friendly’ first aid products
available in the Australian market. Tamara and her partner then came up with some designs and sourced a suitable
manufacturer to produce BumpBuddy. BumpBuddy was the original and the first Australian developed
& designed cold pack of its kind available in the market. In 2008 KidsColdPacks also developed a brand new product to the Australian
market called Fever Reliever, another innovative, unique, child friendly first aid product. In 2009 KidsColdPacks
will be expanding the product range even further to offer several more safe but
very cute first aid products for kids!
News
KidsColdPacks products are available at leading pharmacies and chemists, Toys 'R'
Us stores, ABC Shops & Centres, baby retailers, licensed post offices and other
speciality retailers Australia wide. Check the Stockist tab for full details.
BumpBuddy cold packs for kids are available in four original designs; dinosaur,
soccer ball, butterfly and starfish, as well as licensed designs including Play
School, Sesame Street and Thomas the Tank Engine. New designs will also be released
in 2009 including Dora the Explorer and Mr Men and Little Miss.
The new improved BumpBuddy is now in smart packaging (making it an ideal gift idea)
and is also softer and more pliable when cold. Furthermore it meets tough new standards
set by the TGA by having instructions for use printed on the cold pack, it is also
PBA free and is CE internationally certified.
Following strict safety and testing regulations by the Australian Government's Therapeutic
Goods Administration, BumpBuddy remains a preferred brand and supplier of safe cold
packs for children to the Child Care industry.
Fever Reliever is the only product of its kind available in Australia. Learn what families in Europe, America and Asia have known for years about cooling gel strips
- they are the best alternative to non-medicated fever relief in children. Check
the website for further information and online orders or find a local stockist.
